Fish Pie Shawns

NOTES : Adapted from a youtube video.

1 Cod /, Cut In Cubes
2 Tbl Butter
2 Tbl Flour
2 1/2 Cup Fish stock (2 cubes)
1/2 Cup Cream
2 Hard eggs, Boiled
1 Plate cheese, Shredded
1 Bag of shrimp (deveined)
1 Cup peas, Frozen
1/2 Large onion, chopped
1 Stalk celery, chopped
1/2 Carrot, chopped
3 Cup potato (topper), Mashed

Make your mash and set aside.
Hardboil eggs / peel / slice / set aside
Fry onion, Mushroom, celery, carrot, etc etc until soft.

In a big sauce pan put 1 cup cream, 2.5 cups of fish stock, bay leaf,
and a few twists of black pepper. Bring to a boiul reduce to simmer
and place fish in sauce. Simmer for 5 mins add 2 tablespoons of
flour whisking for at least a full minute. Add the fried veggies,
and shrimp (if pre cooked, if raw add at same time as fish), also add
the frozen peas now.

In casserole dish layer fish, veg, sauce, eggs, sprinkle with the
shredded cheese and cover with mash. Place in the oven at 350c for
30-40 mins until everything is bubbling and potatoes are brown.
